We have long been taking care of the production of prosecco and of absolute quality distillates: Sparkling Prosecco, Spumante DOCG Valdobbiadene, Sparkling Prosecco DOC Treviso with natural inside the bottle fermentation and Prosecco’s grappa are the products that identify our business.

We work in order to produce a great wine
Our business was born from the recovery of an old vineyard: the requalification of an old and almost completely abandoned land allowed Moncader Farm to produce quality grapes, used to produce great wines, appreciated both in Italy and worldwide. We stand out in the winemaking sector thanks to our DOC and DOCG products, such as the Sparkling Prosecco DOC Treviso with natural fermentation, produced in limited quantities, and the Spumante DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore.
Besides our prosecco, we also sell grappa: we follow with passion the production of our Prosecco’s Grappa, which comes from the distillation of the marcs obtained from the prosecco grapes, following methods handed down for decades.

Colferay Winery was born in 1950, on the Prosecco road, which rises between the hills that lead from Conegliano to Valdobbiadene.
We select the best grapes in order to produce the best wines: sparkling prosecco DOC, prosecco spumante DOC and quality IGT wines that satisfy different tastes and needs.

Pecol Boin Farm is located in the area of Spilimbergo, where the rocky ground allows a state of art winemaking in the production of typical Friulian wines, which are appreciated all over the world.
