Grappa of prosecco

Moncader Farm personally attends all of the production phases of the distillation that is carried out by a small distillery, where our Grappa of Prosecco DOC is produced: we use the marcs obtained by pressing the grapes obtained from our vineyards, and we then process the marcs according to traditional methodologies handed down for many decades.

The grappa of prosecco is a distillate exclusively made with marcs coming from Glera grapes, which allow us to make a product appreciated both in Italy and worldwide.

The production of Glera grapes for the production of prosecco, which can boast the “DOC” mark, spans from Conegliano to Valdobbiadene: Moncader Farm produces wine and distillates its grappa on a fertile and generous territory, which is ideal for these unique, unmistakable and unmatchable vineyards.
