Production and sale of Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco

Moncader Farm stands out for the production of Spumante DOCG Valdobbiadene and of Prosecco DOCG Treviso with natural fermentation taking place inside the bottle. The natural fermentation takes place according to the most ancient traditions, exclusively through wine’s yeasts, in order to obtain a natural wine produced with the same methods used in the production of the first bottles, by tying the cap with a string in order to avoid that the bottle can blow up the cap.

The vineyards grown at high altitudes show some particular traits that allow the production of a limited selection of fine bottles such as Valdobbiadene DOCG, Prosecco Superiore di alta quota, which is appreciated and renowned both in Italy and worldwide.

Our company also stands out for the production of Grappa of Prosecco DOC, the typical Venetian distillate, made from the distillation of the marcs obtained from prosecco grapes.
